National School of Remedial Theraphy, Clonshaugh, Dublin
Background: The National School of Remedial Therapy was established in 2002 and plays a major role in providing specialised training in Sports and Remedial Therapy in Ireland. They run a number of weekend training courses for past graduates throughout the year and they engaged Snap to manage the selling of these courses.
Actions: The NSRT had a database of contact details of all their graduates for the last number of years. We contacted all these through a SMS marketing campaign referring them to the NSRT website, which gave details of the upcoming courses.
Results: All courses were sold out within seven days and traffic on the site has increased month on month for the last seven months.

Uptown Girl Beauty Salon, Eglinton St, Galway
Background: Uptown Girl was established in 2005 and is one of the most renowned beauty and waxing studios in Galway. They wanted a platform where they could keep their customers updated with all their special offers or new products. They engaged Snap to source and provide them with an SMS marketing solution.
Action:
- Uploaded all of Uptown Girls customers contact details into our SMS platform
- Sent email messages to all contacts detailing special offers
- Trained staff on how to use the platform
Results: Uptown Girl have noticed a great response every time they send out a text to their customers. They frequently use the platform to keep in contact with existing customers.
